Rules and Fair Play Policy

Last updated: 10/3/2025

1. Accounts and Identity

  • Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information when registering and using the platform.
  • Clash Royale verification is required. You must play on the same Clash Royale account you verified.
  • No multiple accounts, impersonation, or account sharing.

2. Wagers and Matches

  • Wagers are “awaited” until joined; they may be auto‑cancelled if the scheduled start time passes without an opponent.
  • Once joined, a wager is “live”.
  • If, during an active wager, one player does not confirm the result within 15 minutes, the other player may claim a definitive win.
  • If neither player confirms in time, the wager enters dispute.
  • Playing under a different in‑game name than your verified Clash account is grounds for an automatic loss and potential account penalty.

3. Tournaments

  • Brackets are generated programmatically. BYEs may auto‑advance participants when needed to fill the bracket.
  • When a match is set to “awaiting_accept,” both players have 15 minutes to accept. If only one accepts, that player advances; if neither accepts, the system may auto‑resolve per bracket logic.
  • Prizes are awarded as configured; admins may finalize or adjust to correct errors.

4. Evidence and Disputes

  • Submit clear, unedited screenshots showing full results, your in‑game name, and relevant context within the stated timeframe.
  • Submitting evidence that is incorrect, mismatched to your identity, or manipulated is grounds for an automatic loss and potential suspension.
  • AI analysis may assist dispute resolution; low‑confidence or edge cases go to human admin review. Admin decisions are final.

5. Chat and Conduct

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, cheating, collusion, or bug exploitation.
  • Do not transact outside the platform or share personal payment info to circumvent platform rules.
  • Attempts to attack, disrupt, or interfere with realtime services are prohibited.

6. Balances, Deposits, Withdrawals

  • Deposits and withdrawals update your platform balance; allow reasonable processing time and verification.
  • Platform fees (if any) are displayed in‑app and are non‑refundable once a wager starts.
  • If a wager auto‑cancels before going live, any locked funds are released back to your balance.
  • Fraud checks may delay withdrawals to protect users and the platform.

7. Leaderboards, Records, and Earnings

  • Only completed matches count toward records and earnings.
  • Admins may correct obvious inaccuracies (e.g., erroneous reports or abuse); stat manipulation may result in reversal and sanctions.

8. Notifications and Realtime

  • Realtime keeps your matches and notifications up‑to‑date. Temporary connectivity issues do not change outcomes.
  • You’re responsible for confirming results and uploading evidence within deadlines even after reconnecting.

9. Enforcement and Penalties

  • Violations (identity mismatch, false evidence, harassment, cheating, multi‑account abuse) may result in immediate loss, forfeiture of prizes, balance holds, and suspension or bans.
  • Admin decisions are final to maintain platform integrity.
